Synergy group has already been making diagnosis regarding strategy, structure and team potential as well as implementing relevant governance for 20 years. Future leader organisations require additional capital, in order for them not to lose unique opportunity of growth. Because of this, we offer these companies financial support, by equity participation of 20%-50% of the company, meaning maximum equity investment amount of 1 500 000 USD. Besides strategic analysis, this time we conduct financial and legal due diligence, determining the market value of the company as well as forming profit and loss forecast. Legal diagnosis helps us evaluate legal risks concerning the company. In addition to this, we consider financial leverages as needed.
