IBG imports and sells brand new cars and provides all the services related to vehicle exploitation. The holding was established in 1999 and by 2001 already was a united, powerful trade-industrial holding. IBG is an official representative of the following automotive brands: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda Auto, Mitsubishi Motors, Seat, Kia Motors and Renault. All of the showrooms and service centers are situated on David Agmashenebeli Alley the most automotive brand centers are located. Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda Auto make part of Volkswagen Group - a German automobile manufacturing group. Iberia Business Group is an authorized dealer of Kia Motors in Georgia. The company operates in Georgian market since year 2008. Mitsubishi Motors - one of the leading Japanese brands is also a member of IBG holding. The Holding is an official representative of French brand Renault. Group also comprises ITA (Iberia Tech Automotive Ltd) – spare parts and service center. ITA provides services to the vehicles of any brand and is the official representative of a worldwide companies such as: Bosch, Continental, Pirelli, Febi- Bilstein etc. Beside the existing brands, Iberia Business Group continues to present new members to the market. In 2013 Precision Auto Care, which is the first American automotive franchise project and multi brand auto service and spare parts center, joined the group. In 2011 Iberia Business Group entered the used car market by opening automotive market, which is one of four used car markets that operate in Georgia. Since 2005, the holding owns football club “Saburtalo”, and from 2006 German sports brand “ Saller”- one of the biggest Football inventory manufacturer and dealer worldwide.
